Run Dedication for Fred Fuller

I have the absolute honor of dedicating today's 5.21 mile training run to one of the most gentle, meek, and mild men I have ever known...Fred Fuller. He passed away in October of 2013, forever changing the lives of his loved ones. His true genuine nature made him "one of a kind" and dearly missed by all. Fred was a veteran of the United States Air Force, and had a long and rewarding career with the United States Postal Service...where he was a coworker of mine. I can still hear him saying to me in the mornings as I enter the Post Office, "Gooood Mooooorniiiiing Tony!" ...he showed his personality by also saying the exact same thing in the afternoon. I offer my thoughts and prayers out to his friends and family as you continue to grieve the loss of such an amazing person. Thank you Mia for allowing me to run for your father...I was sure to take the picture at his old case at work where he spent many many mornings. Please share and God bless.
