I have the true honor of dedicating today's 5.38 mile training run to the cherished memory of Constance Tefft. She passed by the way of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in September of 2002 at 71 years of age. Her memory is celebrated, loved, and missed more and more with each passing year...by her children and grandchildren! I send my deepest thoughts and prayers out to all of her family and friends...as you remember the remarkable life she lived. Thank you Richlyn for allowing me to honor your beautiful mother today...I pray through my run dedication her memory will continue to live on strong for many years to come. Please share this post, and comment below with your most beloved memory of Constance's life for all to see. God bless.
