Run Dedication for Rice Rader

I have the unbelievable honor of dedicating today's 5.38 mile training run to the free loving spirit of Rice Rader. He passed away in January of 2013 by the way of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and pneumonia, but his memory will continue to bless us for many years to come. Rice was a man who loved, smiled, and laughed his way through this world. He was a hippy who enjoyed motorcycles, and worked at AT&T.

I wish to send my deepest thoughts and prayers out to all of his family for whom he loved so dearly...especially his children. Please accept my run as a pure token of condolence. Thank you Michelle for giving me the opportunity to dedicate my training run today to such an amazing individual...your beloved father. Please share this post, and comment below with your most cherished memory of Rice's life. God bless.
